The future of Italy, Europe and Africa

When I first took this picture I suddenly thought this is a very meaningful one. At least it is for me. I took this photo on 27 June 2009 at the end of the celebration for the end of the Italian course for immigrants. Almost all of them are from Africa, particularly West Africa. Shooting this pic I truly had the feeling that this is the future of Italy, Europe and Africa. A time in which no one is left behind, no one is abandoned, no one is neglected, but all are welcome and criminals are punished.
