Doesn't seem like the two people are watching me?

Today I went just outside of my house to shoot a photo at it. Cyclers and a pedestrian were passing by and both of them were watching me shooting this pic. All this happened in a fraction of a second. Isn't this amazing? Isn't this a live picture?
p.s.: by the way I forgot to tell you that this is my first pic on this blog shooted with my new Nikon D60
